Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product
- A short description of the issue

Once confirmed, we will provide either:
- A replacement product shipped to you
or
- A full refund

Please note:
- Shipping times may take 10–20 business days due to international fulfillment.
- We currently do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect address provided by the customer.
